Les Maraîchers' buckwheat farin brujun (in semolina)
Ingredients
250 g buckwheat flour
8 g salt
2 g pepper
2 eggs
40 cl milk
10cl liquid cream
60 g melted butter (+ 10 g butter for the mould)
Preparation
Vigorously whisk the buckwheat flour with the salt and pepper.
Gradually add the eggs, milk, cream and melted butter.
